Overview
Gweru is one of the largest cities in Zimbabwe and is the main centre of the Midlands Province. It is an industrial and commercial centre, situated as it is on the main railway line between Harare and Bulawayo. Gweru is also relatively close to South Africa for imports and exports.
The Antelope Park just outside of Gweru is worth a visit, offering you the chance to ride an elephant, walk with lions and even cuddle cute lion cubs. www. antelope park .co.zw
