Overview
The town of Gwanda is positioned between Bulawayo and Beitbridge, and serves mainly as an agricultural and cattle town, although mining also plays a role in the economy of the town. Whilst Bulawayo is the largest town in this region, Gwanda is situated at the outer edge of the famous Matopos Range, and as such is a good base for further exploration. [Edit]History
