Overview

Kabalega National Park covers a total area of 4,033km and it is the largest of the seven national parks in Uganda. It's establishment dates back to 1952 during the colonial times. This National Park has a good grassland, bush, riverline and forest vegetation with great animal potential and numbers. The major animals found in kabalega national park include: Elephants, waterbacks, giraffes, lions, crocodiles, warthogs and so on.
