General Activities
The main attraction in Jinja is white water rafting on the nile. There are a number of safe reliable operators. I have used 'Adrift' they have an attractive campsite with bar, reataurant and dorms/rooms available. they offer half days, full days and extended trips, and it is a must do as there are plans to build another dam which would flood the area meaning rafting would no longer be possible.
