Tongan feasts are a must do.
Drinking
Beer and liquor is available from many outlets, but you have to try Kava (something like liquid novacaine) at least once. The Bill Fish in Nukualofa, is a must for night life, especially if you are a Palangi, the cheesy music and local drinks adds to the great atmosphere. Friends Cafe is a cheap and great place to eat for a snack or a 3 course meal, it does the best western food in Tonga.
