Overview
Cabo Rojo is located on the southwestern tip of the island The area is very beautiful. There are beautiful seascapes. The old lighthouse is worth a visit as well. Nearby is the the Cabo Rojo National Wildlife Refuge.
The refuge has a visitors center and interpretive displays as well as bird-watching trails.
Cabo Rojo is about 3o km south of Mayaguez .
