Kavieng

Overview

Kavieng is a small port which rests on a sublime, expansive harbour and one of the country's most popular spots for scuba diving, surfing or game fishing. The island boasts three hotels, the most upmarket of which is owned by a man mysteriously dubbed, "The Phantom."

History
