Overview
De Koog is Texel's main beach resort. It is a nice place to stay, located at some 500 meters only from the North Sea shore. It has a well equiped shopping centre and there are lots of sunny terraces, also directly on the seaside. EcoMare information centre and the National Park Dunes of Texel , are immediately south of De Koog village.
