The weather in Mexico varies depending on location but in general is between 15-35 degrees at the lower altirtudes but can drop to 0 in the mountains at night. Rainy season is between May and September when tropical storms are common. The hurricane season which affects the Atlantic coast primarily is September to November but if you miss the hurricanes it is dry and warm.
