Overview
Les Andelys is set magnificently deep in one of the great loops of the Seine river, overlooked by high chalk hillsides. The main sights are the Ruins of the Gaillard Castle (dating from the 12th century), the Churches of Notre-Dame and Saint Sauveur and the Nicholas Poussin museum.
This is also a good place to arrange Riverboat trips along the Seine.
