Overview
Despite being a focus for many tecnology companies, Oulu remains a vibrant university town with many, amny al fresco bars. In between sampling local delights and the Sciene Centre, Art Museum or Sailor's Home, Ainola Provincial or Turkansaari Open-air Museums, the region around the town has a large network of bicycle paths. These tend to be on the scenic, rather than the adventurous side.
