Overview

The impression of the city that the visitor will probably get is unlikely to be an absolutely realistic one with respect to the lives of the many locals. The medieval, cobbled streets are jolly pretty and certainly worthy of their UNESCO status, but behind this there is a great deal of poverty in other parts of the city. Adequate time should be allwoed for fully taking all the sites that the city has to offer.
