Overview

Even though many of the spires are no longer in place within the fortress wall, there is still the medieval itadel of Bab Vida. The new part of town has the modern amenities but not a great deal to see. For interesting sites the visitor must go to the old town. Keen swimmers can have a dip in the river, near to tbe citadel.
