Australia - [Load]The east coast of Australia has been popular with travellers for a long time. Greenland - [Load]Nuuk, the capital will serve as a good base for an exploration of this challenging island. Move north to Kapisilik to get involved with some fishing and shorter hiking before seeing the thousands of dogs and glaciers at Iluissat. The last stages of the trip will allow the visitor to see the brightly coloured houses of Tasiilaq and the items of historical interest at Qaqortoq as well as cheeky dip in a hot-spring pool.

Croatia - [Load]After strolling around the ancient streets of the capital, Zagreb, head West to bustling Rijeka and then South to the beautiful island of Rab. The coast will guide the rest of your trip as you head further South to see the churches of Zadar and the watersports of Split before your final destination of Dubrovnik. Here, the city itself and the nightlife will keep you busy before flying home.

Philippines - [Load]When you arrive at Manila who will be struck by the frenetic pace of life. Heading north to Bauio, the natural features and outdoor features will prepare you for the trip to the other end of the country to Davao which you can use as a base to climb Mount Apo. The malls of Cagayan de Oro might empty your pockets before you reach lively Cebu City with its ancient Spanish fort and finally the clean and friendly 'City of Smiles' that is Bacolod. Denmark- [Load]Explore the centre of Denmark's capital Copenhagen before setting off for the history and museums of Odense and Ribe. Save a few days for the beaches and social life of Esbjerg and then head north to amusements of busy Aalborg and then the clear waters of unspoilt Skagen. Finally pop down to Arhus to see the enormous open air museum and enjoy some outdoor activities before heading home. (Estimated Time 10 days)

Burkina Faso - [Load]
Stroll around the capital, Ougadougou, on foot to see all the sites before heading off to the hills of Gaoua and the waterfalls of Banfora. Bobo-Diulasso has varied sites and markets where you can grab some supplies before seeing the lake at Djibo and the barrages at Dori.

Madagascar - [Load]Antananarivo, the capital is a very good starting point for the exploration of Madagascar and some of the nearby islands. See the island's largest port at Toamasina and enjoy the relaxed pace of life. The highlands and Fianatarosa mean you will keep fit on some of the steep walks. Descend to Morondava before heading up the coast to Mahajanga. This will be your base for heading across the water to the Comoros and Mayotte.(Estimated Time: 2 weeks)

South America - [Load]Having arrived in Santiago, Chile and marvelled at the spectacular colonial buildings make your way up the coast and pop across to Bolivia. The Salt Flats around Uyuni are eerily bare. Slowly make your way up to the crater-based capital, La Paz, the highest in the world. After seeing Lake Titicaca make your way over into Peru, checking out Machu Picchu and bustling Lima before continuing up to Ecuador. Banos and Quito are diverting with their baths and Old Town before taking a deep breath can crossing into Colombia. Seeing the Ciudad Perdida involves a trek that has fantastic rewards, bad press aside and the beaches at Cartegena are simply phenomenal. The last country on this tour of South America is Venezuala whose Caribbean coast allows for some final relaxation before you fly home from Caracas.

Bulgaria - [Load]
Start your trip cheaply in the capital Sofia before popping to the pretty city of Vratsa and then to Veliko Tarnovo with its historic buildings. The border town of Ruse allows relaxtion beside the Danube before the Black Sea resort town of Varna is visited.
Sample Bulgarian life in Stara Zagora and the multitude of monuments in Plovdiv before using Blagoevgrad as a base to see the nearby medieval fortress. (Estimated Time 2-3 Weeks)

Vietnam - [Load]The capital Hanoi is a bustling French colonial town. Go to the Water puppet theatre and see Ho-Chi-Minh's embalmed body. Take a cruise through Halong Bay and watch the sun setting over the unique landscape. Head south down the coast to Vinh, Hue and Da Nang to see the Royal Burial Grounds, the Forbidden Palace and fantastic beaches. On your way south, pick up cheap tailored clothing in Hoi An and go Diving in Na Trang. Ho Chi Minh City is the last stop, where you can visit a market or the Viet Cong Chu Chi tunnels.
